Services
Securematic provides security system installation, maintenance and related services in Bengaluru. All services are subject to a written quotation accepted by the customer before work commences.
Quotations and Pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and approved separately.
Installation Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on installation workmanship. Hardware warranties are as per manufacturer terms. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, tampering or acts of nature.
AMC Terms
Annual Maintenance Contracts are for a 12-month period. AMC covers labour for repairs and scheduled maintenance visits as specified in the contract. Parts replacement is charged separately unless on a comprehensive AMC.
Payment
Payment terms are as specified in the quotation. For installations, a deposit may be required before work commences. Final payment is due on completion. We accept cash, bank transfer and UPI.
Limitation of Liability
Securematic's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for losses arising from system failure, theft or other events beyond our control. We recommend customers maintain adequate insurance.
